I develop software that helps organizations shine, with a focus on simple, effective tools and easy-to-use interfaces.
I’m currently a staff software engineer at Time To Pet, where we build software that helps pet care businesses thrive.
I spent over a decade at Oberlin College, creating full-stack apps used by administrative offices to facilitate core business processes. I also led the Campus Card Office for seven years, where I built software and systems integrations that unified several enterprise campus card solutions into a cohesive service for the campus community.
With experience delivering over 30 web apps, data integrations, automations, and database infrastructure improvements for multiple organizations, I focus on finding the best approach for each solution, balancing features, simplicity, performance, and reliability.
I work with Laravel by day, and in my spare time I’m currently enjoying building with TypeScript, SolidJS, non-relational databases, and serverless functions. More broadly, I’m interested in the engineering behind no-code platforms and leveraging modern front-end tools and frameworks to create dynamic, highly refined user interfaces.
